Ticket Ordering Policies
- Ticketing Services will accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX
for telephone orders for special shows.
- Credit card orders made over the phone are subject to a $4-per-ticket processing charge on the patron’s credit
card when the order is placed. There is no processing charge for tickets purchased at the window.
- Cash, traveler’s checks, and
credit cards are accepted at Ticketing Services window for walk-up sales.
- Personal checks are not accepted for payment.
- Ticketing Services does
not take unpaid reservations.
- There is an ATM in the building, located near Ticketing Services.
Telephone Orders
- To order by phone you can call the TRIBECA Ticketing Services at (212)
220-1460. Ticketing Services hours are adjusted for certain
holidays. Please check ahead.
- You may order over the phone with Discover, American Express,
Visa or Master Card; there is a $4 processing fee per ticket.
- Please have the name of the performance, date and time ready
for the operator.
- Please have your credit card account number and expiration date
ready for the operator once the sale is in process.
- All sales are final.
Window for Walk-in Sales
- There is a Ticketing Services representative at the TRIBECA Ticketing Services
window from September through June, Tuesdays through Saturdays from
12:00pm (noon) to 6:00pm. During July and August, Ticketing Services
is open Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00pm (noon) to 6:00pm.
- At the window your sale may be processed with cash, traveler’s
checks, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover card.
- All sales are final.
By Fax
- (212) 732-2482. You may place an order via fax using Visa, Mastercard,
Amex or Discover.
- Please include the performance date and time,
along with your credit card information.
- A Ticketing Services representative
will call to confirm the order within 24 hours.
- All sales are final.
By using our Website
- Tickets currently on sale at Ticketing Services may be purchased by pressing the
button where it is shown. Performances where the button is not shown are not available for purchase online; call Ticketing Services for more information.
- To place an order for any performance you wish to
attend, click on Purchase Tickets.
- Tickets will
be available at Ticketing Services booth prior to the performance.
- All sales are final.
Group Sales
Group sales are valid for parties of twenty or more. For more information
call Ticketing Services at (212) 220-1460.
Return/Refund Policy
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access is available in both theaters. Please mention
any special needs when placing ticket orders.
