Twenty-five years after September 11th, The Moth
gathers some of its most compelling storytellers for an unforgettable evening of true stories about loss, resilience, healing, and humanity.
Presented in partnership with The National September 11 Memorial & Museum with support from WNYC, The Moth Mainstage: Shadow and Light explores the moments that test us, transform us, and ultimately bring us back to one another. Expect an evening of curated stories that are moving, surprising, funny, heartbreaking, and hopeful—all told live and without notes.
Whether you lived through that day, grew up in its shadow, or are still grappling with its legacy, this special Moth Mainstage event offers something increasingly rare: a chance to gather, listen, and connect through the power of story.
This show is presented with media support from WNYC.
